4.1 Digital products do not fall within the 7 days cooling off period under UK Law.

We do not offer return or money back on any of our digital products and services, purely and simply because you are either in or out, you are either ready to improve your business or happy where you are. This is a decision you have to take. Paying for a membership or product from our site will not be in your best interest if you have no intention of using it.

5. Membership subscription cancellations

5.1 You can cancel your membership subscription at any time by going to your account profile.

5.2 You will continue to have access to the site and its restricted contents up until your paid subscription has run out.

6. Community Rules and Policies

6.1 Where appropriate we provide a bonus Private Community to go with a product or membership.

6.2 Communities do not constitute a paid element of any of our products or services.

6.3 Communities are to provide peer support, friendship and networking opportunities.

6.4 You will find the links to join the private community in your welcome email.

6.5 These communities are currently  on Facebook and are subject to Facebook’s terms and conditions.

6.6 We reserve the right make changes, such as but not limited to merging and moving the communities.

6.7 Communities are administrated by WeddingBusinessAcademy.uk, we operate a fair tolerance policy.

6.8 Each member can post freely to the group and are required to follow the community’s rules and policies.

6.9 A link to the rules and policies can be found in the pinned (very top) post of the facebook group.

6.10 Members not complying to the rules will be removed without warning and will not be allowed back in.

6.11 Any content not posted by us is not endorsed by us, nor are we responsible for it.
